Andrew Simpson, Grad Dip (Bus), MAICD (Non-Executive Chairman)

Mr Simpson is a senior marketing executive with over 30 years of international global marketing experience in the mining and metals industry and has served in a range of senior executive marketing roles throughout Asia and Europe. Mr Simpson is a Director of Vital Metals Limited, Swick Mining Services Limited, India Resources Limited, Matilda Resources Limited and RTM Services Ltd.

In the past three years he was a previously a director of Windimurra Vanaium Limited (20 June 2007 to 29 February 2008) and Consolidated Minerals Limited (16 September 2005 to 30 June 2007).

Andrew is Chairman of the Marketing and Business Development Committee and a member of the Remuneration & Nomination Committee and the Corporate Governance & Audit Committee.

Giuseppe (Joe) Ariti, B.Sc, Dip Min. Sci, MBA, MAusIMM (Non-Executive Director)

Mr Ariti is a mining industry executive with 25 years experience in technical, management and executive roles in assessing, developing and managing mining projects and companies in Australia and overseas. He has been involved in the development and management of both open cut and underground mining projects in Australia, Africa, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. Since 2006, he has held the position of General Manager - Projects for emerging iron ore company Cape Lambert Iron Ore Limited on the definition and sales of it namesake magnetite project.

Mr Ariti is a Metallurgist and holds a Bachelor of Science and Diploma in Mineral Science from Murdoch University, a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Edinburgh Business School (UK) and is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. He is a Director of Azumah Resources Limited, ABM Resources NL and Swick Mining Services Limited.

In the last 3 years he was previously a director of Firestone Energy Limited (29 April 2004 to 16 December 2005).

Joe is the Chairman of the Operations Committee and is a member of the Marketing and Business Development Committee.

Dr Michael Donaldson, BA (Hons), PhD, MAIG (Non-Executive Director)

Dr Donaldson is an accomplished Australian exploration executive with more than 25 years of worldwide industry experience in exploration for nickel, gold, base metals and diamonds. Dr. Donaldson has held senior management positions with Western Mining Corporation, Ashton Mining Ltd and Sons of Gwalia Ltd and was also General Manager of the Regional Mapping Branch of the Geological Survey of Western Australia for seven years. Dr. Donaldson is currently Non-executive Chairman of ASX-listed gold explorer Beadell Resources Ltd and Group Chief Geologist with AIM-listed and Africa-focused Lithic Metals and Energy Ltd. He has had no other listed company directorships in the last three years.

Dr. Donaldson is also the Chairman of the Exploration Committee.

Fiona Harris, B Comm. FCA FAICD (Non-Executive Director)

Ms Harris has been a professional Non-Executive Director for the past 13 years. Ms Harris was previously a partner with chartered accountants KPMG and spent 14 years with that organisation in audit and advisory roles in Perth, San Francisco and Sydney.

Fiona is a Director of Vulcan Resources Limited and is the Western Australian State President of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has been a member of their national Board since November 2005. She is non-executive chairman of Barrington Consulting Group Pty Ltd, a company providing consulting services in the areas of strategic and business planning.

Fiona is also currently a Board Member of Heytesbury Pty Ltd, Perron Group Ltd (& PG Holdings Ltd) and WASO Holdings Limited and during the last 3 years has been a director of Alinta Limited, (October 2000 to 31 August 2007), Alinta Infrastructure Limited (August 2005 to February 2007), Alinta Funds Management Limited (August 2005 to February 2007), NM Rothschild (Australia) Ltd (3 September 2004 to 7 July 2006) and Portman Limited (19 December 2003 to 12 April 2005).

Fiona is Chairman of the Corporate Governance & Audit Committee and the Remuneration & Nomination Committee.

Ian McCubbing, B.Com (Hons), MBA (Non-Executive Director)

Mr McCubbing was appointed as the Finance Director on 5 May 2008 and became a Non-Executive Director on 12 August 2008. Ian is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years corporate experience including investment banking experience, principally in the areas of corporate finance and M&A. Ian has spent more then twelve years working with the ASX-listed companies in senior finance roles, including positions as Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer in industrial and mining companies. Ian is currently the Chief Financial Officer of GRD Limited.

In the last 3 years he was a previously a director of Northern Mining Limited (18 April 2008 to 12 September 2008).

Ian is a member of the Corporate Governance & Audit Committee.
